Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

During peak periods or carrier delays beyond our control, shipping times may be extended.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days (or 30 days for international orders), please contact us at info@aureterraskin.com with your name and order number.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Please provide a valid street address for delivery.


Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original condition.
Refunds will be issued for the product price only, minus shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at info@aureterraskin.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll review each situation individually to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
