We want you to love your Aureterra products. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Please note:
✔️ We ask that you use the product for at least two weeks before requesting a return.
✔️ Products must be in their original packaging.
✔️ You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds are issued for the product price paid, minus any shipping fees.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@aureterraskin.com.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@aureterraskin.com if:

Your item is damaged, or

You received the wrong product.
We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
✖️ Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
✖️ Personalized or custom products
✖️ Personal care items that have been opened or used (unless defective)
✖️ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
✖️ Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to info@aureterraskin.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please complete a return for your original purchase and place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in the same condition you received them — unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any shipping fees.
Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
